摘要
选用不同含氢量的含氢硅油,研究了含氢量和硅氢比对加成型硅橡胶印模材料固化时间和硬度等性能的影响,并通过使用高低黏度乙烯基硅油复配等方法,提高了硅橡胶的力学性能,得到了可商业化应用的硅橡胶印模材料,其操作时间为60s,固化时间为5min,固化后硬度为66A,拉伸强度为1.86MPa,断裂伸长率为52.8%。
Abstract
The effects of hydrogen content and SiH/SiVi ratio on the curing time,hardness and other properties of the silicone impression materials were investigated.The mechanical properties of silicone rubber were improved by using high and low viscosity of vinyl silicone oil and other methods.The impression materials that can be used commercially were obtained,which the operation time was 60 s and the curing time was 5min.After curing,the hardness of the material was Shore A66,the tensile strength was 1.86MPa,and the elongation at break was 52.8%.
